Europe deliveries: Orders are delivered to you within 2-4 working days by DHL Express shipping service from our headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Cost: calculated at checkout depending on the destination country.

Rest of the world: Orders are delivered to you within 3-7 working days by DHL Express shipping service from our headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Cost: calculated at checkout depending on the destination country.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product. You have 30 days from receiving the order to return the item. In all cases of returning/replacing products as a result of canceling the purchase, the return/replacement costs are borne by the customer.

Items must be tried on only over your own undergarments. Returns will not be accepted if there is any indication that they have been worn, washed, soiled, or have any stains or make-up marks.

Items must be returned undamaged and unused, with the protective adhesive strip intact (where relevant), with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
