RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
The consumer can request the return of the products in the following situations:
• Product that does not comply with the specifications on the website. If the ordered product turns out not to comply with the specifications in our offer, the Consumer can request its return for replacement or full reimbursement of the consideration. If the replacement with a product of a higher value is agreed, you will pay the difference, respectively if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. The return and transport costs for the replacement product, if applicable, are borne by the Company.
• Products that were delivered incorrectly. The delivery of products other than those requested must be reported immediately, and the Consumer will refuse reception. The consumer can request its return for replacement, and if the product is no longer in stock, he can opt for replacement or full reimbursement of the consideration. If the replacement with a product of a higher value is agreed, you will pay the difference, respectively if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. The return and transport costs for the replacement product, if applicable, are borne by the Company.
• The right of withdrawal. Abandoning the purchase
The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is canceling the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 30 calendar days from receiving the product.
To analyze the return/replacement request, the customer will send us an e-mail to contact@lamurabrand.com with all the details, after which the customer will receive a response from the Company’s management in maximum 2 working days. In the case of requesting another product, the price difference will be paid, if the product is more expensive. In the event that the customer opts for a cheaper product, the price difference will not be returned. The company will send the requested product for exchange only after the Customer has returned the initially purchased product, if it meets the return conditions specified below. Reimbursement of the product value or, as the case may be, its replacement, will be done within 30 calendar days at the latest from the return. The return of the money or, as the case may be, the replacement of the products without penalties and without invoking a reason, can be carried out under the following conditions:
• The condition of the purchased products must be the same at the time of reception:
– packaging in optimal conditions for transport of the product
– complete accessories
– original sealed consumables
– documents related to the purchase (instructions for use, warranty certificate, fiscal documents)
• In the case of products which are tried on upon delivery, the Consumer cannot return them with aesthetic defects or defects due to improper use.
The seller reserves the right that, at the time of receiving the product from the customer, if a lack of conformity is found (the product no longer has the same characteristics as at the time of purchase: aesthetic, functional or sealed consumables), to send the product back to the customer, in the same condition as it was returned, at customer’s costs. In this case, no financial reimbursement is possible.
The reimbursement of the value of the product according to the legal regulations will be made within 30 days after the return.
These provisions apply according to O.G. 34/2014, in the case of purchasing products from this site using remote communication techniques.
In all cases of returning/replacing products as a result of canceling the purchase, the return/replacement costs are borne by the customer. Repeatedly canceling the purchase may be considered an abuse. If a warranty certificate is issued for the product and non-conformity is found during the warranty period, remedial measures will be ordered in compliance with OG 21/1992, OG. 9/2016 and other legal provisions in force.
