Warranty and conformity
The products sold on the site, before being packaged, go through a technical quality control. This eliminates the possibility of shipping defective products. The products are properly packed in special luxury boxes.
Conformity of the products – the products are considered to be in conformity with the sales contract if:
• correspond to the description made by the seller and have the same qualities as the products that the seller presented on www.lamurabrand.com as a model;
• correspond to any specific purpose requested by the consumer, purpose made known to the seller and accepted at the conclusion of the distance contract;
• correspond to the purposes for which products of the same type are normally used;
• being of the same type, it presents normal parameters of quality and performance, which the consumer can reasonably expect, given the nature of the product and the public statements regarding its concrete characteristics, made by the seller, manufacturer, in particular through advertising or inscription on the product label.
The fact that the consumer knew or could not reasonably have ignored a non-compliance at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract cannot be considered a non-compliance.
Please keep the payment of the invoice and the confirmation received by e-mail from the electronic payment service to prove the date of purchase of the product in case of any complaints that may be addressed to the www.lamurabrand.com store. The guarantee provides customers with all consumer rights legislation (Law no. 449/2003, OG no. 21/1992, etc.).
The guarantee offered by the Company to customers for textiles is 90 days from the date of purchase, for deficiencies attributable to the manufacturer. The warranty covers the lack of conformity that exists at the time of purchase and does not cover normal wear and tear of the product. The warranty provided does not affect consumer rights legislation.
The company offers ways to ensure the guarantee, according to the deficiency:
• product repair
• replacing the product or refunding the consideration, according to the legislation in force.
The remedy may be determined by mutual negotiation.
Care: Do not remove the textile care instructions from the product label throughout the life of the product. To avoid degradation of the product, ensure a long period of product use and maintain it as much as the aesthetics, the product maintenance instructions must be followed.
Application: The products are made of textile materials, avoid contact with open flames, contact with sharp or cutting objects, near a strong heat source.
Storage: After each use, store the product in dry places, away from moisture. Products made of colored materials are stored in places away from direct sunlight.
“The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he will cancel the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 30 days of receiving the product, in the case of services, from the contract.”
DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
We, SC MAISON MURA SRL, based in Cluj-Napoca, Aleea Muzicii nr.2, Romania, with the registration certificate J12/6029/10.12.2021, ensure, guarantee and declare on own responsibility, according to Article 3 of Decision no. 1022/2002, that underwear and swimsuits L’AMURA in the invoice, to which this declaration relates, not endanger the life, health, safety, do not have a negative impact on the environment and comply with Internal rules 1001-2 / ’93 1003 / ’94, 1007 / ’94, 1016-19 / ’95, 1020/98, and European standards EN 45014 OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
